Colonel Dr. Faisal Hassan Al Qahtani, Acting Director of the Civil Protection Sector, affirmed the Authority’s commitment to taking practical steps to address the issues raised. highlighting that these initiatives fall within the Authority’s vision to enhance service excellence and support community safety, in line with the Abu Dhabi Government’s vision of building a safe and sustainable environment.
He also explained that this initiative is part of the Authority’s strategy to implement a comprehensive excellence system by obtaining feedback from customers and partners, which contributes to developing the Authority’s services in line with the aspirations of the Abu Dhabi Government.
The sessions witnessed broad participation from representatives of relevant entities, highlighting key challenges in the fields of prevention and safety. Participants also discussed innovative suggestions and solutions aimed at improving service efficiency and enhancing the effectiveness of responses to customers' needs.
