Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority (ADCDA) is committed to the protection of lives and properties in the emirate of Abu Dhabi against all types of hazards that threaten the safety of community by providing the following services:

- Management of HazMat incidents

For the purpose of meeting the IMS requirements, ADCDA shall commit to:
- Identify priorities and objectives that shall serve the effective and efficient delivery of services that address the needs of customers as well as monitor, measure and continuously enhance their satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe environment for ADCDA staff and stakeholders by promoting awareness and implementing the required measures.
- Minimize wastes and pollution, rationalize the use of energy and ensure safety across all ADCDA operations and services.
- Compliance with all relevant laws and legislations including Abu Dhabi specific HSE legislative requirements.
- Management of strategic and operational risks to ensure the delivery of objectives and tasks.
- Continuous improvement of system and business processes, review and improve ADCDA services.
- Communicating the policy to all ADCDA staff and ensure they are all aware of their responsibility in meeting the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
